i know they are advanced humans from mars. But that kinda makes them aliensIts mostly the traits and name

Maybe make it where they are from Earth, but they advanced in a lab or something.

My opinion(s) on what we might want to do:
A) combine the species
B) have one be a sub of the other
C) eliminate one entirely
D) have the stories be related somehow to make it work out (evolution or some shiat), and change some aspects of one species
I personally like D the best, that way both species can exist and nobody will bug about species theft and stuff
